Why Did I Create this Complete 5 Step System?

Two years ago I went from being an Old School MLMer, prospecting everybody with a beating heart- to an MLM Internet Junkie trying to salvage my dying MLM by turning to the Internet to Generate Leads and Sales.

Within a month of being online, it hit me: "This is not as easy as they make out", I thought.  "How in the world am I supposed to get leads and sign- ups to build my MLM and make a full-time income at home and take care of my boy?

I was at the end of my tether. You see I had completely bought into the idea that going online would "save" my MLM. That it was the answer to all my problems. That my problem had been Old School Methods- which were outdated and "wrong". That I had been taught the wrong way by my Upline and MLM Company.

That all I had to do was join an "attraction marketing" lead generation system and BINGO, I'd have leads flying into my inbox, foaming at the mouth to pay me to prospect them!

I must admit, I was fantasizing about sipping out of a coconut within a few short months of going online!

Ha. Nothing could have been further than the truth.

I struggled online trying everything for over 8 months. I joined training programmes, bought Books and CD's and "How To Courses" for $1000's and $1000's ?

Until it finally hit me:

You Cannot buy into a Dream without having the Proper Tools, Expectations and System to achieve it.

You Really Need Your Own System.

"Just join up here and pay $49 per month and you'll have leads flying into your inbox eager to sign up" is so far removed from what it really takes to succeed in this industry online- and it leads to false expectations and high failure rate- not to mention tons of people losing money and getting hurt .

And it Makes Me Mad.

After 8 months of struggling online and spending loads of money on courses and books, I was more overwhelmed than ever- and I had not enrolled even one distributor into my Primary MLM.

In Fact, I was doing WORSE at "online attraction marketing" than when I had used the WRONG "Old School Methods!"

I must admit, I nearly quit.

I thought my only choice to make a full-time income was to go back to running my small recreation gymnastics business, at schools that didn't really give me the residual income I wanted.

I considered it for a minute, but then found myself not able to bring myself to do it. You see, I had been the National Coach for South African Gymnastics before that, and had started the Recreation gymnastics business when I became a single mom and the sole bread winner .

The Recreation Gymnastics Business had allowed me to spend enough time with my son while earning the income we needed to live. He could come with me when I taught the kids gymnastics in the afternoons!

 

But truth be told- I missed the stimulation of my previous career as Olympic National Coach and I wanted a residual income.

My primary goal as a single mom had been to earn just enough and have enough quality time with my son.

After ten years, my son was all grown up and NOW I had the time to grow an MLM and FINALLY get that residual income...

But I had NO IDEA how to do it!

After all my efforts, I still hadn't cracked the code.

I had failed using both Old School Prospecting methods and Online "Attraction Marketing" Systems.

I felt like a Rat in a Corner...

 

"If I go back to that Recreation Programme, I'll have to give up the dream of a residual income!" I thought.

 

I couldn't think of growing old as the School Gym Teacher- not earning to my full potential... barely scraping out a meager existence with no time to develop my freedom lifestyle.

I could not let go of the dream and the belief that I COULD DO IT.

So I FINALLY settled down, researched and studied and worked.

I gave up on the "get rich quick" fantasy.

I developed some realistic expectations for myself.

I put myself on a daily programme.

I stopped identifying myself as a "rep for the Guru's programme." I still promoted them, but I started developing my own identity.

Most importantly of all, I applied my KNOWLEDGE OF TRAINING OLYMPIC GYMNASTS to my online business.

I realized, that just as in gymnastics, an online business takes time, hard work, persistence and a CLEAR step by step SYSTEM with tangible goals and DAILY ACTION steps to succeed.

And, like in Gymnastics, it takes a COACH and MENTOR to guide you, instruct you and keep you focused and accountable.

When a prospect clicks on a banner that's been added to your sidebar, you're in business.

They'll be sent to a splash page where they can actually purchase the offer.

Not having this configured properly is like having a shop where nothing inside is for sale....(not a good business strategy!)
